| Bio | Richard is the founder and director of Mind Health, an organisation dedicated to enhancing wellbeing and bring real change. He is a counsellor, communicator, and supervisor, and has been involved in people work for 30 years. He is an ordained minister and holds a Masters in Counselling, doing his research on “Emotional health in the role of a church leader”. Richard has been involved in pastoral ministry for many years and understands the everyday struggles that people face and the demands on church leaders. Richard is married to Jennifer, and they have 3 adult children. |
