| Bio | Married to Jules with three adult children, I have 30+ years of ministry in, and on behalf of, the Baptist Churches of NZ. The last 17 have been spent serving as a military Chaplain to the Royal New Zealand Navy and the wider New Zealand Defence Force. My pre-ministry trade background has given me a ‘sleeves rolled up’ approach to ministry, while my military service has reinforced a passion for people and a clear conviction of the importance of good leadership, both personal and organisational. |
