| Bio | After 30 years of pastoral ministry in two different churches, I personally experienced the joys and challenges of pastoral ministry. Initially professional supervision was not a required discipline for me, but in the last 15 years receiving, and more recently offering, both spiritual direction and supervision has enabled me to grow in understanding many of the internal and contextual dynamics that shape our lives and ministry, leadership styles and dynamics. I have recently retired from Senior Pastoral ministry role to be able to focus on supporting leaders through spiritual direction and supervision, as both have been so beneficial personally. |
