| Bio | I have provided various forms of ministry supervision for over 15years. Areas of specific interest include senior pastors; ministry depletion / emotional resilience; next generation pastors / community workers; leaders in the not-for-profit sector and cultural supervision. Currently I serve the Northern Baptist Association as Kaiārahi Multicultural Ministries, working with migrant pastors and churches. My 25+ years fulltime ministry experience includes staff team leadership, senior pastoring, youth ministry, Christian camping and work with World Vision. Recent studies include Post Graduate Certificate of Professional Supervision (Auckland University). Due to my current role I’m unable to offer external supervision to Baptist Pastors in my region. |
