| Bio | With a background in ministry leadership, corporate and not-for-profit management, mission, political representation and spiritual direction I have broad experience to call upon in professional supervision. I am qualified in supervision through both the Baptist Union and the Association of Christian Spiritual Directors. I studied postgraduate organisational development and conict resolution at the University of Auckland. I served as Executive Director for both the Inter-Church and Trade Mission (Industrial Chaplaincy) and TEARFund. I have a successful consultancy to community organisations and churches focusing on governance, planning, communication and leadership development. I have served two political terms Auckland Council Local Board. |
