| Bio | I have almost twenty years of pastoral experience (primarily in Baptist settings) and have also worked in corrections settings facilitating psychotherapeutic life-change courses. Alongside being a pastoral leader, I have completed a Doctor of Ministry (Adaptive Leadership for Organisational Change) through Fuller Theological Seminary, and I am presently coaching three Australian Baptist Churches in an adaptive change cohort. I am married and have three young adult songs. To relax I enjoy the non-leadership spaces of cooking, listening to a great hifi system, or riding my motorcycle. |
