| Bio | I am a pastor with over 17 years of experience, currently serving as the sole pastor of a Chinese Baptist congregation in Auckland, New Zealand. My background includes diverse roles, such as Youth and Young Adults pastor in Singapore, enriching my understanding of church leadership challenges. Born in Malaysia and raised in Singapore, I appreciate cultural diversity and speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka, and Hokkien. I prioritise strong relationships and collaboration in supervision to empower pastors. Outside of ministry, I enjoy quality time with my wife, Dorcas, and our pre-teen son, Gideon, along with family activities and community engagement. |
