| Bio | I have been involved in vocational church leadership since 1984, serving as a local youth pastor (as recently as 2018), regional and national youth facilitator roles, and lecturing in youth ministry at various Bible Colleges including Carey Baptist College. I have been supervising leaders for over twenty years and adopt a Christ centred approach to supervision in which together we actively seek God’s direction and insight together. As well as wide experience in ministry in general and youth ministry in particular, I have a good working knowledge of StrengthsFinder, the Enneagram and Myers-Briggs and how they contribute to personal growth. |
