| Bio | CAIRA Supervisor since 2004, Anglican Priest since 2004. As a supervisor I provide a safe place for people engaged in pastoral work to review and reflect on their ministry, their engagement with others and with themselves. It is a dedicated time which has space for quiet reection as well as engaging conversation and wondering on role-related matters. The time allows for celebration of achievements, teasing out tricky issues and the considering of ways forward in the individual’s context. |
