| Bio | Born 1943 I embraced Christian faith early. Trained as a teacher then supported my husband in Christian ministry for 16 years. Widowed at 41 I raised my four young children and authored two books whose focus was grief. I worked at Open Home Foundation as Foster Parent Social Worker for 16 years gaining deep insight into attachment issues and the value of love and trust in building secure Rangatahi. I trained as a spiritual director and continue to practice in retirement. I enjoy family, friends, Christian community, gardening and reading. |
