| Bio | My PhD studied gender discrimination as an intergroup process. I am a married working mother and a feminist. I am interested in amplifying and supporting minority voices, and those who advocate and speak up for change in unfair or outdated systems and structures. The current focus of my business where I am self-employed as a psychologist is to support those in helping or caring roles struggling with stress, the emotional load of their work, compassion fatigue or burnout. I also support and train for purpose organisations to create cultures of kindness where staff are valued and supported. I have a developing interest in moral distress and spiritual abuse for those working in Christian ministry. |
