| Bio | Dallas is an experienced supervisor with a background in youth and social work, counselling, pastoral ministry, discipleship, spiritual direction, coaching and leadership development. He is also the current Director of the School of Emotionally Healthy Leadership under the Laidlaw Centre for Church Leadership. Drawing on his varied background and experience his supervision approach emphasises holistic growth, professional development, and reflective practice.
