| Bio | I am a supervisor, coach and spiritual director. As lead in the consultancy ‘Resiliency’ (2017 to present) I also work with church leadership to offer support, consultation and guidance in staff management and supervision. My leadership experience includes nine years as Deputy Principal of Selwyn College and ten years as General Secretary of Tertiary Students Christian Fellowship. More recently I worked part time as a Chaplain at the University of Auckland. I am married to Helen and together we have three adult sons and two grandchildren. In work I now enjoy supporting others in leadership roles encouraging them to be the best they can be. |
