| Bio | Serving as a supervisor for me is about helping and encouraging the next generation of pastors. I have been in pastoral ministry for over 30 years – starting out working as part of a church planting team in London; some theological studies along the way; and working at Hastings Baptist Church as the senior pastor since 1999. We are a moderate-sized church, with a small staff team. I’ve been married for nearly 40 years and have four adult daughters, two sons-in-law, and two grandchildren. |
