An ordained minister and qualified counsellor, he has over 25 years’ experience in pastoral and people work. Richard created the Pastoral Transformation Course and the Leader’s Transformation Course, both available online throughout the year. His passion is seeing churches and leaders grow in health and impact. He is also the author of Unjamming the Rudder, a white paper offering a healthier model for ministry that helps pastors thrive and churches flourish. |
