| Bio | With nearly 30 years involved in pastoral ministry (as well as seasons as a lawyer and a tertiary lecturer) I have journeyed alongside people in different ways, as pastor, mentor, coach, supervisor or spiritual director. In my time as a pastor, I greatly valued both supervision and spiritual direction as key supports for my ministry and growth. Supervision, in particular, helped me explore my own strengths and gifts and grow in my leadership practice in dierent contexts. Having retired from full-time ministry, I feel privileged to be able to work alongside leaders as a supervisor, providing similar support. |
