| Bio | I have been in faith based ministries for over 40 years including Pastoral Leadership and Not For Profit Charities. The largest amount of time I led Equip Mental Health Services which is a ministry of Windsor Park Baptist Church. I came into leadership unintentionally, in that I never sought it but others saw it in me. It would be honour to support others who have found themselves in leadership roles with a faith community. I understand the challenges as well as the rewards. It can be hard reconciling Pastoral leadership and care with Business issues that are required to run Church/NGO. In recent years I have had a significant health challenge and through it have experienced God in deeper ways and now that I have more time and are well I really want to give back and support others. I am married to John and have three adult children and four grandchildren. |
