| Bio | Kia ora. My name is Diane and I have been participating in External Supervision for the past 20plus years as both an employed practitioner and an external supervisor. I am married to Ross, have 3 adult children and 5 mokopuna. I have been in Church/pastoring leadership and serving within Churches for the past 40 years. Past employment has been in Church Community Ministries, Housing NGO’s, Children, Youth, Families and Mental Health. Volunteer serving as been in working with the elderly, housing and children and youth. I work from a Christian Strengthens Model Perspective using Reflective and Solutions Based models.
