| Bio | I’ve had the privilege of fulfilling a range of pastoral ministry roles over the last 20 years. I’ve worked as an associate pastor, a youth/student pastor, and currently serve as lead pastor in a Baptist Church. I’ve also had the opportunity to teach at both Carey Baptist College and Pathways College for several years. One benefit of these ministry experiences has been the opportunity to have good people walk alongside me. They’ve asked questions, suggested ideas, and encouraged me to reflect on my principles and practices. This has been hugely formative for my faith. If I can help you in ways that others have helped me, I’d be open to chatting. My approach to ministry supervision centres of self-reflection and evaluation, and I’m keen to help you learn and grow both professionally and personally. Cultural sensitivity, confidentiality and trust are important values in my supervision practice. I have been married to Dana since 2003 and we have two amazing children. I love getting out on my bike in the hills and relaxing with a good book or watching an action/adventure film. |
