| Bio | With over 35 years of experience in pastoral ministry, I have had the privilege of leading in a variety of church contexts, from small churches to large, complex ministry environments. These experiences have given me a deep love for people and a genuine appreciation for both the joys and challenges that come with leadership. I love walking alongside pastors and leaders as they navigate the realities of life and leadership. I’m a good listener and create space for people to slow down, reflect on their practice, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and discover ways forward. I believe supervision can be a place where leaders feel heard, gain clarity and are encouraged to flourish in both life and ministry. I’m married to Brian and we have three adult children. Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying a great coffee with friends, spending time with my grandchildren, or walking along a beach. |
