| Bio | Richard is the founder and director of Thriving Churches HQ, equipping leaders to grow healthy churches that make a Kingdom difference. An ordained minister, qualified counsellor and experienced ministry supervisor, Richard has more than 25 years’ experience working with pastors, leaders and churches. His work brings together pastoral ministry, counselling, leadership development and church health, with a particular focus on helping leaders grow in their wellbeing, effectiveness and longevity in ministry. His postgraduate research explored the relationship between the emotional health and effectiveness of church leaders. Richard is the author of The Thriving Pastor and has developed a range of frameworks and programmes for strengthening pastors, leadership teams and churches. He is passionate about helping leaders gain greater clarity, lead with confidence and thrive in their calling. |
