|Experience||28 years Pastoral Ministry in Baptist Churches including 3 years Mission service.|
13 years full time lecturer Carey Baptist College including pastoral care, evangelism, chaplaincy, missions and field education plus continued visiting lecturing.
25 years involved in missions administration including pastoral care of missionaries.
Trained as prison chaplain and worked as chaplain in schools and workplaces.
Currently engaged in supervising a minister for another denomination and doing performance reviews for a social service organisation.
Have supervised or mentored many people over the course of my ministry including supervision by Skype.
Currently preach 2-4 times per month at surrounding churches including Baptist.
Have written a missionary assessment programme called Progress, Direction and Fit (PDF) which I have used both overseas and in NZ as a means of helping people keep in touch with their direction.
Worked on numerous boards and committees both in NZ and internationally, currently chair of local community group.
Work with local churches advising on direction and also called on for dispute resolution.

|Bio||Spent my working life within Baptist network, pastored 6 churches including international mission church in PNG. Then 13 years full time at Carey majoring in missions, marketplace theology and pastoral care. Now retired but active in local church and also chair of local community group working with district council.|
