I use powerful conversations to draw out what God has already put into others and I partner with them to reach goals and develop leadership skills in the process. I also bring life experience in cross-cultural living and leadership, a nursing background, national leadership of a Mission Organization/NFP for 9 years, and in local church leadership – best of all – I am a wife, mother and grandmother! |
