Born in India, I have a long Baptist and missionary heritage. I married Paul who was born in Egypt and our four children were born in Bangladesh! I have a deep sense of belonging in Asia but Aotearoa is where God has called me to live now and exploring what that means is my current God-assignment. I deeply love hospitality and community, I deeply need solitude, and I'm grateful that my life gives me scope for both.

I love my work of spiritual direction and supervision and I've been privileged to walk with people of all ages and stages of life and faith. Perhaps more than some other spiritual directors I often find myself working with people at the edges of faith and church, with people working cross-culturally, and with people who live in community.
