For 30+ years I'ved been involved in ministry and mission serving in YFC and in Baptist churches as well as on mission boards. These days I get to look after and train developing leaders in my role at BYM National and as a part time lecturer at Carey. I am also a Strengthfinder coach have been training, mentoring and supervising youth pastors, 24/7 workers and interns. All the time I'm a wife to Alan Ameye and a mum to two amazing young adults. |

I like to supervise and coach from a strengths base that examines how God has best wired you. When you are working in a vocation that aligns with your gifts and deep passions you are motivated, productive and effective. It's a win for you, the church and the Kingdom of God. Ministry can be great and ministry can be hard. Supervision is a vital place where you can sit with someone whose purpose is to help you attend to what's important and find ways to move forward. |
