I work collaboratively with ministers in the interests of sustainable ministry. I have particular interest in ministry with children, families and young people; young adults and intergenerational worship. I was co-pastor of an expat congregation in China for four years. |

I am working on my PhD in counselling, and have a small private practice alongside that offering counselling, spiritual direction and supervision. As well as ministers, I have experience working with NGO staff both on home assignment and in the field. |
