Feedback from a 2019 participant in this Communication, Church and Society Guided Learning option:

“I have really enjoyed this GL option this year, I had nothing like this over these last years working in France. I have enjoyed reading the comments and feedback from the others in my cohort as well as your replies and comments, Mike.  I think more Baptist leaders should be encouraged to do this course as the realities of the church situation here in New Zealand (and a lot of ‘Western’ countries) becomes clearer and clearer. I have understood a lot more about the current situation here in NZ, which was one of the reasons that this course interested me, especially after 20+ years in France…

…This course has given me some great tools and ways of thinking to be able to stop the “let’s go back to Egypt” mentality that still exists for some people.”

John McKee, Senior Pastor, Newlands Baptist Church, Wellington.
