Over the year we work through the 2011 book Churches, Cultures & Leadership – a practical theology of congregations and ethnicities by Mark Lau Branson & Juan F Martinez. This Bible: New Testament option with Dr Sarah Harris aims to engage with the idea of mutuality between the sexes. Four New Testament texts are looked at alongside the book Man and Woman, One in Christ: An Exegetical and Theological Study of Paul’s Letters by Philip Payne (2009). Part-way through the year a sermon on one of the four texts is to be preached.
